Overnight staff very helpful. Reception desk team all good in general, but the night girl had this extra "something" while attending our requests that made all the difference. Room spacious and clean. Good heating system (we went there during the winter). Coffee break simple, but you have some options including breads, sausages, eggs, yogourt, fruits and cereal. Free parking with plenty of available spots. Pet friendly for a small and very reasonable fee. All in all, good offerings by the price.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The rooms were impeccably clean, as was the entire facility. The staff was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options.

Location was perfect for us with easy access to the highway when we headed out in the morning. Beds were comfortable. Room and hallways were clean.

Overall good except the breakfast they serve the eggs in a same container along with the sausage should respect everone belief other then that the server was very nice room service was great.

The staff were very nice - actually more than nice. The lady at the cafeteria, she explained everything in a very nice way and helped us have a very comfort breakfast. My wife and I were not in that very good mood to be honest but because of her kindness we were back to our good pace. We wanted to leave tip for her, so grabbed the envelope and put some money and tried to find her before leaving. After we checked out, we were gonna ask them where she is, but we also needed to go to the nearest Tim Horton's so we went there first on foot. After we came back, we put our coffee bags in the trunk, took her donut to the seat and left. THE ENVELOPE WAS FOUND THIS MORNING while cleaning our stuff away since we came back home at 11 pm last night. We feel extremely horrible for the lady at the cafeteria. I just wanted to say thank you so much for her kindness.

Hotel is located only about 15 minutes from downtown Montreal. There is Barbie's, Boston Pizza, Tim Hortons, Shoppers Drugmart and grocery store a walking distance from hotel. Breakfast is included and very descent.

even though the front lobby was unconstruction and the breakfast area was alittle tight the gentlemen, staff member, was very kind and helpful and made sure the area was clean.

The location was good. A supermarket is directly near the hotel. There are tables in front of the hotel where you can stay or eat. The staff is very friendly.

Nice room--love that the floor is not carpeted, so much cleaner feeling! The bed was super comfortable, including perfect pillows. Appreciated having microwave and fridge in room and plenty of space to move around. Wifi worked wonderfully and breakfast was great. The lady working the breakfast area was super kind and did a great job of keeping it well stocked. Easy location to access.

Hot breakfast was really good, there was everything you could possibly want. What impressed me the most though was that they upgraded me at no cost from 2 double beds to 2 queen beds!
